It is almost embarrassing to observe how many people still deny the pleasure and taste of a pasta for reasons of diet or food intolerance. But there is no longer any need for it … In bars and pastry shops you can find an increasingly wide selection of fresh pastries and baked desserts that can satisfy the needs of a growing audience: among the options, the whole brioche and more and more often also vegan.
The importance of breakfast for a correct lifestyle is now known, and this does not change if you adopt a vegan diet. Energetic, protein and low calorie are the key words for a breakfast that allows you to face the day with the right “charge”, and that’s what you can get even choosing the vegan alternatives.
Brioche is the symbol of the perfect breakfast in Italy. A coffee or cappuccino with a croissant in the morning is for many an essential rite, but what to do if a person who has lactose intolerance or follows a vegan diet wants a breakfast or a sweet and delicious snack, light at the same time ? p>
Having breakfast at the bar in a vegan version is no longer impossible. No problem for tea or coffee, in the case of cappuccino now everywhere there is now the possibility of asking for soy milk, almond milk or rice. As for the brioche, then, there is also the vegan version which is an excellent alternative to the classic one, with ingredients without animal derivatives, so without butter, eggs and other animal proteins.
A choice of well-being …
Romagna Dolciumi – symbol of a tradition made of simplicity, genuine things and love for their profession – has this group of people increasingly at heart.
For this reason we have launched the “Benessere” line, dedicated to those who want to keep fit without giving up the pleasure of taste. The products, light and fragrant, but also tasty and soft, are aimed precisely at an audience attentive to the care and health of their body.
Among the “Vegane puff pastry” brioches there are, in particular, the braid with raisins, the croissant and the swivel with raisins.
